Lauren Wilson

Senior Recruitment Executive

Lauren Wilson is an HR Professional whose career first started 10 years ago as a Recruitment consultant for a Global, multidisciplinary agency. Having her aptitude for people management recognised, Lauren quickly moved her way in to a Management position where she led and motivated a large team of Business Support specialists across a range of industries, including Government, Tertiary, Engineering, Mining, Legal, Finance, Consulting, Construction and FMCG – to name just a few.

With a desire to develop her career beyond recruitment, Lauren embarked on her HR Journey in Local Government. Here she managed a large client portfolio across a number of directorates. This experience provided her with the knowledge and skills to assist with the full candidate and client life cycle. From candidate target, sourcing and selection all the way through to on-boarding, retention strategies, rewards and recognition programs, to performance management and industrial relations. 

After moving away from the city down to the beautiful coastal town of Torquay, Lauren wanted her passion for supporting local businesses, to also apply to her career. With S3 having strong ties to many businesses synonymous with the Surfcoast, the decision to join the team as our Senior Recruitment Consultant was an easy one.

  • Melanie Kearsey

    Principal Trainer and Coaching Specialist

    Melanie Kearsey is an HR Professional, Certified Professional Life Coach and Qualified Trainer. Melanie has over 15 years of HR experience in both multinational and small to medium organisations.  

    Her background in Human Resources, People  Development and Performance Management provided her with exposure to the field of motivational psychology and she was always fascinated by what made people tick. Melanie also felt driven by a desire to help people see their potential and truly flourish.

    As a coach Melanie helps facilitate personal change, expansion and foster a sense of empowerment for her clients.  When training with clients her aim is to create a bridge to understanding and shifts in personal awareness.      

    As an S3 Trainer and Coach, specialising in career coaching services for individuals and businesses, Melanie helps facilitate personal change and foster a sense of empowerment in her clients. She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and offers her full commitment and dedication to helping clients get to where they want to be.


  • Jo Surkitt

    Principal Health & Well Being Specialist

    Jo Coldrey Surkitt, owner and director of Revitalize Corporate Wellness, has been working in the wellness industry for over 14 years after working in the corporate field at STA Travel, IBM and concurrently at Deakin & Victoria University.  She co-owned and ran a Natural Therapies college and clinic in Melbourne, however moved to the Surf Coast eight years ago and relocated Revitalize Corporate Wellness.  Jo has a background in Corporate Wellness, Work/Life balance, Nutrition, Massage, Reflexology, Herbal Medicine, Food as Medicine, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Flower Essences and Reiki. She runs workshops, programs, expos and retreats in a range of corporate fields including banking, accounting, manufacturing, service providers, superannuation, transport, travel and tourism, government bodies, universities, schools, recruitment and aged care to name a few.

    Jo is passionate about sharing her wisdom and experience that she has gained from working in the corporate industry in the past and now as a practitioner, educator and speaker.
    Jo has travelled to many countries learning new cultures and discovering different ways people can create a healthy lifestyle; from tribes in Africa to Shaman healers in Peru, through to innovative European approaches to natural medicine and wellness.
