S3's Recruiting concept is designed to deliver efficient and responsive permanent staffing services to specific market segments.

What we do differently

We first gain a sound understanding of your team culture, working environment, personality type/s required, behavioural preferences, skills, experience and qualifications in order to achieve workplace success.

Our Recruitment Specialists will use an appropriate range of recruitment tools to develop a TAILORED strategy suitable to your specific vacancy.

These include candidate referral and database searching, online and print advertising, social media, tailored interview and selection processes, competency assessment, PRISM brain mapping and extensive reference checking.

NEW! Presentation of a shortlist of Candidates now also including VIDEO footage of Candidates addressing key questions relative to the Role, in order to identify their behavioural patterns and personality type prior to a first encounter with our Clientele.  Saving time and improving the selection process.

We aim to place the right Candidate in the Role on the first attempt, however we do offer a guarantee period, duration determined by the salary offering.  

Post placement Private Training / Coaching also available to assist with the successful Candidates transition into the Role and team.

Pay by the hour services

We offer our services on a Contingent (non exclusive) or Retained Recruitment (exclusive) basis.

S3 pride ourselves on quality customer service and extremely competitive and affordable rates.  We aim to work and be perceived as an extension of your team.

S3 offer clientele the ability to nominate individual services such as:
  • advertisement writing
  • candidate database searches
  • deciding selection criteria and preparing interview questions
  • telephone pre-screening candidates
  • face-to-face interview facilitation
  • reference checking
  • preparation of candidate dossiers
  • skill assessments
  • PRISM benchmark and Candidate brain mapping of Applicants
  • candidate post success follow-up; monthly performance reviews for the first 3 months of the placement followed by scheduled reviews at the Clients request

You can nominate which portion of the process you require our assistance with.  The fee to do so will then be charged at an hourly rate; you can cap it if need be.  The hourly rate is negotiable, all depending on the volume of work supplied.
